GreencardBlueprint (greencardblueprint.com) is operated by Kahl Kritzinger, a sole proprietor based in South Africa. Contact: kahlkritz@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

• Information you enter in the assessment questionnaire: name, country of birth, current location, field of work, education, years of experience, LinkedIn URL (optional), and your written answers to assessment questions.
• Account information, if you create an account: email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Payment information: we do not collect or store card details ourselves. Payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record — see their privacy policy.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and debugging purposes.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to generate your assessment report using an AI model (Google Gemini), to process payment via Paddle, to send you your report and account-related emails, and to maintain and improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run GreencardBlueprint:

• Paddle.com — payment processing and billing.
• Google (Gemini API) — processes your questionnaire answers to generate your report.
• Mailjet — sends transactional emails (e.g. account and report notifications).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your assessment data and reports for as long as your account is active, or for anonymous assessments, for as long as needed to serve your report. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing kahlkritz@gmail.com.
