Digital product

Your $5 assessment report is a digital product generated and delivered immediately after payment. Because of this instant delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been successfully generated.

When we will refund you

• Your payment succeeded but a report was not generated due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged more than once for the same assessment.
• You have another good-faith reason — contact us and we'll review it fairly.

Contact kahlkritz@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order/transaction ID, and we'll get back to you within a few business days.

How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly about an order — see their help center.
