Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 September 2026

1. About us

GreencardBlueprint (greencardblueprint.com) is operated by Kahl Kritzinger, a sole proprietor based in South Africa, trading as GreencardBlueprint. When you use this service you are contracting with Kahl Kritzinger. Contact: kahlkritz@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use GreencardBlueprint, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

3. What we provide

GreencardBlueprint generates an AI-produced written assessment report based on information you provide through a structured questionnaire about your education, work experience, and achievements. The report includes a score, an analysis against a published evaluation framework, identified strengths and weaknesses, and general suggestions for improvement.

4. Not legal advice

Our reports are informational and educational only. They do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, or any other professional advice, and we do not represent you before any government agency, employer, or other third party, and do not file anything on your behalf. The report reflects an automated analysis of the information you provide; it is not a guarantee of any outcome. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney or other qualified professional.

5. Accounts and eligibility

You can complete an assessment anonymously. Creating an account is optional and lets you save progress and revisit your report. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Term, renewal, cancellation, fees, payment terms, taxes and billing frequency are governed by Paddle's buyer terms. Your order and refund-related inquiries may be handled by Paddle as well as by us — see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, and not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • use the service to commit fraud, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to misrepresent your identity;
  • submit information about, or generate reports impersonating, another person without their consent;
  • infringe our intellectual property rights or those of anyone else, including by copying, reselling or redistributing reports or other content from the service;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including by introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, circumventing access controls, or scraping the service by automated means.

8. Our intellectual property

We own the service and everything in it — the software, the evaluation framework and scoring logic, the questionnaire, the report templates, the documentation, and the GreencardBlueprint name and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. Buying a report gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own purposes; it does not give you the right to resell it or to reproduce the underlying service.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Reports are generated by an automated system that can be wrong or incomplete.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part and with or without notice, if:

  • you materially breach these terms;
  • a payment owed to us is not made, is reversed, or is charged back;
  • we reasonably believe your use presents a security or fraud risk to us, to other users, or to our payment providers; or
  • you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use requirements.

You can stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect any refund you are already entitled to under our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report it generates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
